I hope everyone enjoyed ringing in the new year! We had Nick’s family over and celebrated his dad’s birthday. Nick made a delicious pot of seafood gumbo, collards, chicken wings, and salted caramel cheesecake! Needless to say, the diet started today!

We then enjoyed fireworks and rang in the new year with a lot of noise and giggles!
I didn’t quite make it to midnight, but I got pretty close! The diet begins today and so far so good. The first day is always the easiest!
